Hi! We’re Nick and Rikki.
Coming from very different backgrounds, we share many common values. We both wanted to create a freedom-based lifestyle, enhance our own and our clients wealth and make a difference in the world of Supported Living.
We decided that property would be our vehicle to create the life we wanted, make a bigger impact and help more people.
As an ex-senior banking executive and senior civil servant, Nick is also a seasoned property investor, both in the BTL and HMO markets, as well as serviced accommodation and commercial property. He’s now an experienced property mentor/coach, teaching other people to create wealth and freedom through property, more latterly concentrating on Supported Living.
Rikki is a very experienced property investor and deal sourcer, who has specialised in commercial property, both in the UK and Europe.
Jointly it’s our mission to help as many people as possible find freedom through property and live more fulfilling lives, and to provide great quality housing for people with disabilities.

Nick Rowland

With over 25 years experience in property investing, Nick has a wealth of knowledge to share. He lives and breathes property, and is truly dedicated to helping others create wealth using property. He can often be found with a huge mug of tea in hand, mentoring others and advising them on their best property strategy to create the life they truly want.

Rikki Lennon
Property Investor.
In addition to a wealth of experience working within the medical industry, Rikki has 12+ years property experience under his belt spanning a number of different strategies.
The success of his entry into property-related projects via Buy To Let, inspired him to move into the area of House Flipping which saw him transform a number of tired or derelict properties into beautiful homes which were highly sought-after. Rikki’s keen eye for a good property deal was also noticed by investors and has lead to a rise in demand for his commercial deal sourcing. Commended by his peers for his individual, honest and ethical approach to each project, Rikki has proven his ability to understand, empathise with and support sellers who find the process of selling challenging and overwhelming. In a recent project dealing with sellers with hoarding and financial issues, Rikki not only hand held them through the selling process but also helped them source better-suited and safer accommodation to move into.
